Residential HVAC
AC repair. Your system isn't cooling, it's leaking, it's loud, or it just quit. We diagnose first, fix what's broken, and tell you straight whether it's worth repairing or whether you're throwing money at a unit on its last legs.
AC installation and replacement. When it's time to replace, we'll walk through your options — single-stage, two-stage, variable-speed — and what each one means for your bill and your comfort. We don't push the top of the line if a mid-tier unit does the job.
Heating repair, installation, replacement. Yes, even in Phoenix. Heat pumps, gas furnaces, electric strip backup. We service all of it.
Indoor air quality. Filtration upgrades, UV systems, dehumidifiers for the monsoon months, ventilation work.
Duct cleaning. Real duct cleaning with HEPA equipment — not the $99 bait-and-switch you see on Groupon. We inspect first and tell you whether you actually need it.
Brands we install and service. Trane, Carrier, Lennox, Goodman, Rheem, American Standard, Bryant, Amana, Day & Night, Payne. If your unit isn't on this list, we probably still service it — call and ask.
Light Commercial HVAC
We handle the commercial work that's actually common in the West Valley — small office buildings, retail strip centers, restaurants, medical and dental offices, and similar. Package rooftop units, split systems, mini-splits.
We don't do industrial chillers, refrigerated warehouses, or large-format mechanical systems. If that's what you need, we'll tell you who in the Valley does that well. We'd rather refer you out than do work outside our depth.
Commercial service runs on the same $89 service call as residential. Same waived-with-repair rule. No commercial-rate markup.
Home Performance and Energy Efficiency
This is the work most HVAC companies don't do because it requires a different toolkit and a different skill set. We do it because half the time the reason your house is uncomfortable isn't the HVAC system — it's the building envelope wasting what the system produces.
Energy audits. We run blower-door tests and duct-leakage diagnostics to find where your conditioned air is actually going. Most West Valley homes built before 2010 are leaking 20 to 30 percent of their HVAC capacity through duct gaps and attic penetrations.
Duct sealing. Aeroseal and mastic sealing of duct systems. Verified before-and-after performance numbers.
Insulation upgrades. Blow-in cellulose and fiberglass for attics. Most West Valley attics are under-insulated by current code, which means your AC is fighting that gap every August day.
APS and SRP rebate assistance. We're familiar with the residential rebate programs and handle the paperwork so the rebate actually shows up on your bill.
